Terms & Conditions

1. Agreement
By accessing the Kasun Tours website, submitting inquiries, or confirming a booking, you confirm that
you are 18 years or older and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Role of Kasun Tours
Kasun Tours is a Sri Lanka–based tour operator and travel coordinator. We arrange travel services
through independent third-party suppliers (hotels, transport providers, guides, activity operators). These
suppliers operate under their own terms and conditions.

3. Website Information & Inquiries
Information provided on our website or through communication channels is subject to availability and
does not constitute a binding offer. A booking is confirmed only after written confirmation and receipt
of payment.

4. Booking & Payments

A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm a booking
Peak season (Dec–Jan, Jul–Aug): 50% advance payment required
Last-minute bookings (within 30 days): full payment required
The final balance must be paid 30 days before arrival

5. Prices & Currency

Prices are quoted in USD.
Prices may change due to government taxes, currency fluctuations, or supplier price increases.
Any changes will be communicated before final payment

6. Travel Documents & Insurance
Clients are responsible for valid passports, visas, and health requirements. Comprehensive travel
insurance is strongly recommended.

7. Liability
Kasun Tours is liable only for loss or damage arising from proven negligence. We are not responsible for
acts of third-party suppliers or events beyond our control (Force Majeure).

8. Traveler Conduct
Kasun Tours reserves the right to terminate services without refund if a traveler’s behavior endangers
others or disrupts services.

9. Complaints
Complaints must be raised immediately during travel and submitted in writing within 28 days of tour
completion.

10. Privacy
Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
